State of New Jersey v. A.A. (Passaic County)

Client charged with 2nd Degree Aggravated Assault and Weapons Possession arising out of an altercation in a nightclub that caused severe facial injuries. After rejecting multiple State Prison offers and filing a Motion to Dismiss the Indictment, client plead guilty to a disorderly persons offense in exchange for the dismissal of all felonies.

Not Guilty - Acquitted by Jury

State of New Jersey v. M.M. (Essex County)

Client charged with Murder, Felony Murder, Armed Robbery, and Conspiracy. After a four-week jury trial, client was found not guilty of all counts for a robbery and shooting death that occurred in Newark, New Jersey.

All Felonies Dismissed

State of New Jersey v. N.C. (Hudson County)

Client charged with Burglary and Trespass on a commercial property in Hoboken, New Jersey. After significant discussions, the Prosecutor’s Office downgraded the felony charges and remanded said charges to the municipal court. The client subsequently plead to a non-criminal municipal ordinance, receiving a $250 fine.
